I drove my green hybrid to the mall listening to my Metro Station CD the entire time. When I parked, 'Tell Me What To Do' was playing. I turned off the car and got out. I locked it back up and walked into the mall, taking off my sunglasses. I smiled to myself. This was sure to kill my boredom...right? I was on my way to Forever 21 when I ran smack into (whoever posts next)

OK, some random girl has just bumped into me...
"Um, hi. I'm looking for my friend Tom, but he like, got distracted and went off somewhere. He was meant to be showing me around. I'm Dougie, by the way." I held out my hand, but she just kept on looking at me...

I blinked a few times. Dougie. Tom's bandmate. I shook his hand, still a bit dazed. He's acting like a 16 year old to me...
"I'm Melanie," I said, shaking his hand, "Nice to meet you." I smiled

I smirked again. "Yeah, that's what Tom says sometimes." Then I had an idea. "Hey, since Tom's not here, maybe you could point out some interesting shops in here?"

I was walking around the mall with a smoothie from Julius and a couple bags from various shops. I had originally come for new wheels for my board but ended up getting side tracked. I noticed Mel talking with some guy and walked over to them.
"Hey Mel." I smiled at her.

I was walking back the way I came because I lost Dougie... or he lost me. But I found him again talking to... dun, dun, dun... Mel! And Lilly.
"There you are!" I said to Doug as I reached the group. "Hey Melanie and Lilly. Uhm, I guess you've all met Dougie?"
